Head, Neck & Special Senses · two-player co-op · pick a deck

Six campaigns. Seven bosses each.

Every campaign works the same way: two players, one boss per region, and every question in the deck asked once before the run ends. Decks 1–5 split the 320-question review pool by yield. The Practice Exam campaign is separate — it is built from the in-house practice questions, including the anatomy behind every option choice.

Deck 1

67 Q
Highest yield · start here

The questions most likely to show up, pulled from all seven bosses. If you only run one deck, run this one.

Fight Deck 1

Deck 2

65 Q
High yield · more traps

Core concepts again, asked with sharper distractors. A good second sitting once Deck 1 feels comfortable.

Fight Deck 2

Deck 3

64 Q
Middle tier

Solid exam material, one step less central — the relations and branches that fill out each region.

Fight Deck 3

Deck 4

63 Q
Lower yield · second pass

Worth running once Decks 1–3 are automatic. Fills the gaps the first three leave behind.

Fight Deck 4

Deck 5

61 Q
Details & edge cases · finish here

The long tail: unusual presentations and fine detail. Clearing all five covers the whole 320-question pool.

Practice Exam

122 Q
Built from the practice questions · answers and distractors

Seven bosses, one per content area of the practice set: trigeminal and mastication, the facial nerve and parotid, the four ganglia, the orbit, pharynx and larynx, neck vessels and the tongue, and the skull base last. Questions cover the keyed answers and the anatomy behind every option you were offered, so the distractors get learned too.

Fight the Practice Exam

Strike

Correct = 20 damage, +10 answered fast, +5 on a team streak of three.

Take hits

A miss lets the boss hit you. Below half health it enrages: harder hits, shorter timer.

Assist & items

Your teammate gets one shot after your miss. One hint per boss, one potion per run.

Spoils

Questions left after a boss falls still get asked — each one right heals the team 10.

How a deck playsSeven fights, roughly 6–12 questions each. Boss health scales to the number of questions it holds, so you can miss several and still win. Lose a fight and you can retry that boss with the same questions reshuffled — a loss never costs you the questions.
