How to use this page

  1. Pathology → Path Overview: read one gland at a time. Each card ends with a recall prompt. Answer it out loud before you reveal it.
  2. DDX → DDX by Path Group: these are the groups the exam uses to build distractors. Cover a column and rebuild it.
  3. Pathology → Path Table: the one-page summary. Filter by gland, or search a buzzword.
  4. Practice Qs: 21 rapid-fire patterns in Practice DDX and 22 vignettes in Practice MCQs. Aim for 90% before the exam.
Step 1 high yieldEndocrine questions are usually decided by one lab pattern: ACTH up or down, renin up or down, C-peptide up or down, PTH up or down. Learn the direction of each hormone and you can answer most of these.
