How to use this page

  1. Pathology → Path Overview: read one presentation group at a time. Each card ends with a recall prompt. Answer it out loud before you reveal it.
  2. DDX → DDX by Path Group: these are the groups the exam uses to build distractors. Cover a column and rebuild it.
  3. Pathology → Path Table: the one-page summary. Filter by group, or search a buzzword.
  4. Practice Qs: 29 rapid-fire patterns in Practice DDX and 33 vignettes in Practice MCQs. Aim for 90% before the exam.
Step 1 high yieldCardiology questions usually turn on one discriminator: where the ST elevation is, what a maneuver does to the murmur, what the wedge pressure shows, or which ANCA is positive. Learn the discriminator for each pair and most of these questions answer themselves.
